This Sacred Self-Healing Intensive Journey will be 6 weeks long. This journey will help you cultivate a deeper connection with your higher-self, your spirit guides, and even your inner child. Through the building blocks of these relationships with your inner-guidance system you will start to feel the healing inward and see the changes reflected outward. Your inner-guidance system will walk you through what needs to be healed the most so that you can rewrite your story, determine patterns throughout life that have kept you stuck, and learn to love yourself in ways you never thought possible. 
This healing journey is a series of LIVE recordings with Intuitive Coach and Psychic Medium Ashley Strong.
You will learn about each aspect of your spirit team.
You will do intensive healing work lead by Ashley and your inner-guidance system.
You will work to heal and break through blocks like never before.

Week 1
 
Confronting Your Story

Ashley will explain what it means to re-write your story. She will guide you through a look-back at your own story starting with childhood to see what patterns have repeatedly shown up in your own life. You will be guided to look at these areas in terms of growth, blocks, strengths, and manifestations. This week will help to guide you through the following weeks on your journey.

Get To Know Your Higher-Self

Connecting with your higher-self and establishing that relationship is one of the most beautiful gifts you can give to yourself. Through the strengthening of this connection you will learn the importance of self-love and how it can help you in all areas of life. Ashley will guide you to embrace your relationship with your higher-self. Once you cultivate this relationship you will be able to see from different perspectives with a more universal vision, and you will start to raise your vibration. Learning to connect with the higher-self can strengthen all areas of life.
Week 3
 
 
Inner-Child Work

After getting to know the higher-self it is important to get to know your inner-child and help him or her heal. Your inner-child can get stuck in the past, hold you back with fear, and condition you to stay in old patterns. The most intensive healing work is done through the inner-child. Through our exercises we will walk through old memories, pain-points, and limiting beliefs to heal and call back to you your inner-child. From here we will work with the inner-child and the higher-self together to cultivate the strongest healing experience you're willing to embark upon.
Week 4
 
 
Clarity, Clearing, and Compassion

After 3 solid weeks of inner journeying it's time for a little R&R. This week we will work to clear out any stagnant energy left behind, nurture our beings, and allow it all to just flow out. You will revamp, relax, rejuvenate, and remind yourself of how far you've come. A week for reflection, clarity, self-compassion, and progressiveness.

Let Your Guides Guide You

Spirit guides are the high-vibrational, loving, members of your team that work around the clock to make sure you are well taken care of. It's time to strengthen your connection to them, call them forward, and allow them to show you your next best step. Your spirit guides along with Ashley will guide you through exercises and deep journeying experiences to show you how to cultivate growth, love, and healing in all areas of your life now. Ashley will teach you how to strengthen your bond with these guides to take it with you into the future!

Throughout your 6-week journey you will encounter deep spiritual healing and revelations. Your strengthened relationship with your inner guidance system will allow you to start living a heart-centered life thus strengthening your connections all around.
